Luke Paardekooper
Luke has experience and strengths in two key areas ~

Conference and Event Management:
Luke's approach is entrepreneurial and this contributes energy, passion and drive towards making your conference or corporate event an outstanding success. Luke's ability to identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and his experience in budgeting will add real value to your bottom line.
He is highly skilled in working with you to identify practical and realistic strategies for your conference or event. He will work with you to develop a realistic plan based on his experience in all aspects of conference organisation and management.
Team and Leadership Development:
Luke is skilled in facilitating teams to an understanding of their development needs and strengths as a team. His strengths are in drawing realistic strategies within the context of your work environment from your team.
His personal style and skill supports the rapid development of greater team trust and cohesion in a fun environment. Luke has 20 years corporate experience in developing and motivating teams to high performance. He has gained this experience both in New Zealand and in England.
Kaye Paardekooper
B.Soc.Sci., M.Mgmt (Human Resource Management).

Creative, hard-working and insightful, Kaye's dynamic personality will facilitate the growth of people and teams within your organisation. Her experience includes 7 years developing and managing teams as a team leader, project manager and senior business development manager. Since 1992, she has worked as an organisational development consultant to a wide range of organisations. Kaye has experience and strengths in two key areas:
Organisational Development:
Kaye's ability to focus teams on their key organisational objectives, and her skill in guiding teams to an understanding of their strengths and developmental needs have lead her to become a leading facilitator in the areas of team and leadership development and cultural change.
She has assisted a large number of companies in a variety of sectors to turn concepts such as teamwork, empowerment, leadership and learning organisation into actions, beliefs, processes and behaviours that lead to high performance.
Kaye has up to date skills and an ethical focus on using profiling instruments. She was accredited to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in 1992 and the Team Management System (TMS) in 2001. Kaye is a professional member of the New Zealand Association for Psychological Type and was invited in 2003 and 2004 to present at their national conference. She is also a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
Conference and Event Management:
Kaye brings the project management discipline to your event, conference or congress. She will work with you to maximise opportunities and minimise conference risk through effective systems, processes, and timelines. Her creativity and experience in programme development, facilitation, promotion and publicity will assist you to develop and promote an attractive programme for your event.
Hayley Larsen
BTSM
Hayley’s interest in event management started when she completed a Bachelor of Tourism and Services Management at Victoria University.
Hayley comes from a strong customer service background and understands the importance of providing a professional service to meet and exceed your expectations. Hayley has an honest and personal approach which she believes is a key to developing and maintaining effective relationships.
Hayley’s responsibilities on our team include events coordination and facilitation. Her experience includes quality assurance and from this she brings attention to detail and a high standard of quality. Hayley will go the extra mile to make sure your event is a positive one.
Raynor Redman

Raynor is an experienced event management field. Raynor joined our team as a senior event manager from the State Services Commission in 2009. In her role with the Commission, she organised and implemented personal development conferences, meetings and seminars across the State Services.
Her key competencies include speaker and programme management; logistics; relationship management and programme design. Raynor is professional, enthusiastic, organised, and accurate. She has a wealth of experience in the design of professional development conferences and events
Tomairangi Morris

Tomai has recently joined our team. She has 8 years experience in the hospitality and events industry and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Hospitality at WelTec. Tomai is a highly skilled administrator, with excellent organisational and communication skills. She is fluent in the Maori language.
Prior to joining our team, Tomai’s events experience includes coordinating events for Huia Publishers including Pikihuia Awards and two associated writers workshops. This involved working with Maori groups and Ministers of the Crown with attendees from all over New Zealand. She was responsible for all components of the event including arranging venue, travel and accommodation, producing high quality documents and coordinating all attendees. Huia (NZ) Ltd is a private company based in Wellington. The company was established in 1991 as a specialist Maori publisher, developing and promoting Maori writers and developing works in Maori language.
Tomai is very customer focused and she is calm, diligent, competent, cheerful, methodical and reliable.
She is currently studying for a Bachelor in Hospitality Management programme at WELTEC.
