Catalyst
A chance to have some fun and "blow the cobwebs away". Catalyst activities are a highly entertaining test of teamwork, communication, problem solving,
time management, process improvement, planning and initiative. Each activity presents a combination of intellectual and low physical challenges which require you to identify and use the strengths, talents and skills of individuals within your team.
Teams compete over a series of activities and are scored and given feedback on their teamwork and performance.
Catalyst is a fast and effective team building event that can last from 2 to 4 hours. Either as a fast break during your conference or business meeting or as an integral component of your team development programme.

Catalyst can be held either at your venue or we can recommend one that suits your needs.
Operation Wayout Challenge
'Operation Wayout' is a combination of intellectual and physical challenges, which require the team to identify and use the strengths, talents and skills of individuals within their team. It is semi-competitive and engages lateral thinking, initiative, problem solving, goal setting, full participation and teamwork.
The challenges used within your 'Operation Wayout' can vary depending on the time available, your location, the extent of activities you wish to use and your budget. The Challenge can be run in most locations with inner City venues (either your office environment or a venue close by) being just as ideal as more rural locations.
Operation Wayout can run over 2 hours or last up to 2 days.
"The highlights of my Challenge were speaking live on air, absailing down the side of a building, solving some pretty lateral problems and communicating with the Prime Minister. I even spoke with my CEO - haven't done that before!"
"Our Challenge was like a journey .. we had a heap of resources that we could use but the Challenge came in deciding which ones would deliver the most profit back to our newly created Mini-Multinational".
Top Team Challenge
The Top Team Challenge is a stimulating, fun, high energy, effective and memorable team building activity in which teams compete against one another in a series of challenging activities.

Competing in heats, teams embark on a journey through a series of ingenious team initiative tasks. Imagine trying to control a huge earth ball through a slalom with your legs bound together or riding mini-bikes over uneven ground while carrying a jaffa ball. ...
This challenge is inclusive as participants need to develop effective group awareness and communication skills to enable all members of the team to complete the tasks.
Your event can be run for 30 - 300 people at a time and place to suit you. We can suggest a venue or we can run your 'Top Team Challenge' at a venue you have booked anywhere in the country. Your event can last from 1 ½ hours to 4 hours.
Top Team Sevens - Top Team can be run as a challenge series involving your whole company in regional heats building to a grand final to identify the overall winner.
Wellington Harbour Match Race
This is a great chance to step outside of the normal work environment and spend time together - celebrating the success of the last few months, as a way to say thanks for a great job or just a chance to unwind together.
Your 'Wellington Harbour Match Race' can last from 2 hours to the whole day depending on the time you have available. You don't need to be a competent sailor - you will learn how to "jib and jibe" as you go. Just bring your boaters and windbreaker and the rest is provided. During your race a number of smaller activities / challenges can be added to make your event even more rewarding / challenging e.g: rock climbing, survival activities, sand sculpting, island captures.
End your day relaxing and sharing tactics stories together over dinner at one of the many restaurants dotted around the harbour. This is an event that you can just turn up to knowing everything has been arranged so you can sit back and enjoy your day.
