Guinness World Record Firewalking Event 2012

Join the Eastbourne Scout Group in conjunction with Paardekooper Associates at

11am on Saturday 28 April 2012 at Williams Park Eastbourne, New Zealand

for a spectacular attempt at the Guinness World Record for the "Most People Firewalking Consecutively at a Single Venue".

Registration for the Firewalk is now open!

All proceeds from the firewalk attempt will go to the charities So They Can and Orphans of Nepal.  

You can be part of this fun event with a very worthwhile outcome.

Registration Information

Registration to participate in the fire walk attempt:

  • $20.00 if you are 18+ years of age, or;
  • $10.00 if you are aged 14 to 17 years (Sorry you need to be at least 14 years on the day of the firewalk and to register in this category, you will need your parents permission.  Please click here to download the permission form and bring this with you on the day).

Or, if you do not want to walk, you can register your donation online to support the charities. 

By registering for the firewalk, you are agreeing to the Registration Terms and Conditions.

FAQ

Who holds the current Guinness firewalking record?

This was achieved in Dunedin, New Zealand, on 11 July 2004. 350 people took 1 hr 20 minutes to cross the fires.  Help us break this record … we are aiming for 1000 people!
